Meet Our Leaders

Scott Rotsted, BS PT, LNHA, Chief Executive Officer

Scott brings nearly 30 years of experience to his role of Chief Executive Officer at Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital.

A physical therapist, Scott previously served as Chief Executive Officer of a medical rehabilitation hospital in Jacksonville, Fla., and Vice President of Operational Support for a healthcare company that included rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals nationwide. In addition, he has held various executive leadership roles at medical rehabilitation hospitals in California, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Oakland University in Rochester, Mich., and is pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Brenau University in Gainesville, Ga.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys time with his wife, six children, and their Havanese dog. An avid reader and fitness enthusiast, he loves hiking, tennis, and cycling, and likes to attend live music whenever possible.

Mark Feltner, PharmD, Director of Pharmacy

I have always loved getting out of the pharmacy and interacting with patients.  At Mountain Valley we do just that.  From the first day you arrive to the day of discharge the pharmacists are directly involved with your care from pain management to managing your antibiotic therapy.

I received my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, NE.  I then completed a Pharmacokinetic Residency at St. Joseph Hospital in Omaha, NE.  From there I traveled to Arizona and worked on the Indian Reservation for 24 years before coming to Mountain Valley.

Monica Durocher, Home Health Administrator

Monica joined Ernest Health, Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, in 2007. She has held many roles during her time here including; Clinical Liaison, Director of Nursing, Director of Patient Outcomes and currently Home Health Administrator. She has a passion for patient outcomes and making sure that the patient comes first in all decision-making processes.

Monica has called Arizona home since her family moved from Minnesota when she very young. She graduated high school in Prescott and earned her nursing degree from Northland Pioneer College. Her nursing experience includes ER, med-surg, rehabilitation, legal nurse consulting, and the leadership roles held at MVRRH.

Bambi Montgomery, Director of Marketing and Business Development

Bambi joined Ernest in 2018 as a Patient Assessment Coordinator in Southern California, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the acute rehab setting and more than 20 years as a bedside nurse in acute care. When her acute care hospital closed nearly 10 years ago, she discovered a deep passion for advocating on behalf of patients transitioning to rehabilitation—a calling that has shaped her career ever since.

Two years ago, Bambi stepped into the role of Clinical Liaison at MVRRH, and most recently, she advanced to Director of Marketing and Business Development. She thrives on advocating for patients and takes pride in mentoring her team by sharing her extensive clinical knowledge and personal experiences. Among her proudest achievements are the moments she witnesses patients graduating from rehab and reclaiming their lives.

Outside of work, Bambi enjoys long walks with her new puppy, Chloe, browsing local farmers markets with her boyfriend, and cherishing time with her family—especially with her first grandbaby, Knox, who holds a special place in her heart.

Lauren Gannon, Chief Nursing Officer

With 15 years of experience working in the medical field, Lauren brings a strong clinical background of nursing and leadership into her role as Chief Nursing Officer at MVRRH. While working as a certified nurse assistant on a Med/Surg/Telemetry and ICU floor in Rio Rancho, NM, she continued her education at Carrington College of Albuquerque to obtain her Associates Degree in Nursing. She landed her first job as an RN on a Med/Surg Tele unit and immediately began her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing through Grand Canyon University, where she graduated with honors.

Lauren then began to train new nurses, was promoted to charge nurse, and continued to expand her knowledge and skill set. She has worked in other areas of nursing across four states; those areas include Oncology, Labor and Delivery, and Detox, as well as being the nurse manager for a two-site Cardiovascular outpatient clinic with a procedural lab attached.

Lauren is a servant-leader who has a sincere passion for caring for others and strives to make a positive difference wherever she goes. She enjoys being an advocate for her patients and her nursing team. She is committed to excellent patient care and outcomes, as well as enhancing the work experience of the nursing department staff.

When Lauren is not at work, she is spending quality time with her three sons and husband, often on the baseball fields or basketball courts. Together, they enjoy hiking many of the Prescott, AZ trails, camping, and going to the movies. She also enjoys being active in her church. She and her family love Prescott Valley and plan to spend many more years here.

Troy Eagar, Director of Human Resources

As Director of Human Resources with 28 years of experience, Troy’s goal is to hire and retain the most qualified and patient centered staff.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Brigham University – Hawaii and a Master’s of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of DeVry University. Troy is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.

Troy is a 5th generation Arizonan who is involved in musical theater and choral performance in several organizations in the Prescott area.

Andrew Sullivan, Director of Patient Outcomes

Andrew initially joined Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital as a Physical Therapist dedicated to making a positive impact on people’s lives. As the Director of Patient Outcomes, he advocates for each patient, ensuring their needs are met and facilitating a safe transition post-treatment at Mountain Valley Regional Rehab. He holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.

When he is not at work, he enjoys playing soccer, golf, and supporting the local fine arts community.

Tracy Bosick, Director of Compliance

Tracy moved to Arizona in 2005, studying at Yavapai Community College she discovered her love of Nursing and Prescott. As a Registered Nurse, Tracy has experience in Critical Care, Medical, Surgical and Telemetry, Skilled Nursing and Nursing Management.
Tracy first gained her experience at Yavapai Regional Medical Center where she worked her way up from Certified Nursing Assistant to Critical Care Staff Nurse to Critical Care Charge Nurse. It was here that she got her first taste of leadership.

After the height of COVID she transitioned to Director of Nursing for a local skilled nursing facility where she continued her training in leadership and entered the world of compliance. Utilizing these experiences, Tracy joins the Mountain Valley team with a strong understanding of best practice in Nursing, Nursing leadership and compliance.

Alyssa Gagianas, Director of Therapy Services

Alyssa is a seasoned occupational therapist who earned a master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where a strong foundation in patient-centered care was cultivated. Over a career that spans hospitals across the country, including Pittsburgh, Washington, and Utah, Alyssa has specialized in inpatient rehabilitation. Alyssa loves witnessing patients regain their independence and successfully transition back to their homes after major life changes.

In 2024, Alyssa relocated to Prescott to take on this new role in leadership, furthering her commitment to enhancing patient care. Outside of the professional sphere, Alyssa is an avid outdoors enthusiast, enjoying activities such as skiing and hiking, and cherishing time spent with family.
